Ma\u00eetre N&rsquo;Guyen Qu\u00e9 a mis dans ces courtes s\u00e9quences l&rsquo;accent sur l&rsquo;ancrage, le\u00a0<em>hara<\/em>, pour d\u00e9velopper la solidit\u00e9 n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 la pratique du yoga. Pour mieux comprendre ce travail sur le\u00a0<em>hara<\/em>, nous vous recommandons le livre\u00a0<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Hara, centre vital de l&rsquo;homme<\/span>, de Karlfried Graf D\u00fcrkheim.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><em><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">1\u00b0 s\u00e9ance<\/span> :<\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Voici la <strong>s\u00e9ance classique<\/strong> propos\u00e9e dans nos cours hebdomadaires\u00a0: quelques exercices debout, les articulations, les postures et une relaxation.<\/p>\n<p>Pour ceux qui souhaitent aller plus loin, deux exercices simples de pranayama et une courte m\u00e9ditation suivent cette premi\u00e8re s\u00e9quence.<\/p>\n<p>Pratiquez avec d\u00e9tente mais aussi avec concentration et en respectant le rythme propos\u00e9. Elle comporte aussi plus d\u2019\u00e9tirements.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: helvetica, arial, sans-serif;\"><span lang=\"fr-FR\">L&rsquo;accent est mis sur la respiration, v\u00e9hicule de la d\u00e9tente profonde et lib\u00e9ratrice des tensions.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Pratiquez avec d\u00e9tente, suivez le rythme propos\u00e9. Bien respecter les temps de respiration et de repos entre chacune d&rsquo;elles. Soyez attentif.
