Dans ces moments tranquilles, nous d\u00e9couvrons qui nous sommes et comprenons le sens de notre existence.<\/p>\n<p>Choisissez un ou deux exercices qui vous plaisent et pratiquez-les r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement. Soyez d\u00e9tendu et confiant, pratiquez simplement. Ils porteront alors les meilleurs fruits.<\/p>\n<p><b>Observation des pens\u00e9es<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Cette m\u00e9ditation est essentielle pour prendre du recul face \u00e0 nos \u00e9motions, pens\u00e9es,\u2026 et pour r\u00e9duire l\u2019agitation int\u00e9rieure incessante, bien souvent source de perturbations.<\/p>\n<p>Elle nous conduit peu \u00e0 peu et avec douceur \u00e0 devenir l\u2019observateur de nous-m\u00eame, le t\u00e9moin paisible, <em>drashtu<\/em> en sanskrit, de tout ce qui se passe en nous. Par sa pratique r\u00e9guli\u00e8re, nous red\u00e9couvrons notre Nature v\u00e9ritable (<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Yoga-Sutra<\/span> I.3 de Patanjali).<\/p>\n<p>Antonin Ingrassia, qui a con\u00e7u cet exercice, l\u2019a enseign\u00e9 et transmis avec une grande pr\u00e9cision, le pla\u00e7ant au c\u0153ur de notre enseignement.<\/p>\n<p>Nous conseillons de commencer par quelques exercices pr\u00e9paratoires comme <em><a href=\"https:\/\/institutdeyoga.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/02\/seance-articulations-et-respiration-alternee-pawanmuktasana-et-nadisodhana\/\">pawanmuktasana<\/a> <\/em>ou une <a href=\"https:\/\/institutdeyoga.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/02\/la-seance-posturale\/\">s\u00e9ance posturale<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><b>M\u00e9ditations pour tous <\/b><\/p>\n<p>Ces cinq m\u00e9ditations classiques sont destin\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00eatre pratiqu\u00e9es apr\u00e8s une <a href=\"https:\/\/institutdeyoga.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/02\/la-seance-posturale\/\">s\u00e9ance posturale<\/a> ou bien simplement apr\u00e8s la s\u00e9ance <em><a href=\"https:\/\/institutdeyoga.com\/index.php\/2020\/04\/02\/seance-articulations-et-respiration-alternee-pawanmuktasana-et-nadisodhana\/\">pawanmuktasana<\/a> <\/em>dite des \u2018articulations\u2019.
